The ZEROArm is manufactured with high precision and was designed with very tight tolerances. The original stock arm moves back and forward – which makes the shooting inconsistent due to unstable first point of contact.

Also, the pressure area is slightly shifted – this helps with preventing overchambering, a phenomenon that is quite known to be an issue with VFC AR platform. The shift dramatically improves BB seating consistency in the chamber. 

The ZeroArm EVO allows you to install omega and round nubs and keeps them centered.

1. Keeps your nub centered by fitting it into the precisely milled cutout. The stock arm allows movement to the sides which is not desirable and can cause side to side inconsistencies.
2. Has optimal clearance for omega nubs, applies no pressure at 0 hop. 

This gives you a lot of options to fine tune the hop up performance to your needs.

Recommended configuration

These are some combinations which gives you great results without overchambering. Personally tested. 

Lower limitation - minimum weight to ensure consistent hop up.

Upper limitation - maximum weight before jams can occur due to smaller diameter through which the BB cannot be pushed through or the power starts to drop significantly, requiring more gas. This can vary based on on temperature and NPAS settings.

With round hollow soft nub (silicone 60deg)

• Tagart 70deg, 0.28g - 0.43g
• Unicorn Competition 70deg, 0.28g - 0.43g
• VFC Blue, 0.36g - 0.45g
• 4UANTUM Friction, 0.36g - 0.45g

With omega nub (silicone 60deg)

• Unicorn Competition 70deg, 0.36g - 0.43g
